Directions
To get to the Atoka County Library, on Hwy 69/75 turn east one block north of the stop light at Court Street. Continue East 1-1/2 blocks. The library is located on the north side in the middle of the block.

U.S. Citizenship Class
For U.S. Naturalization Certification
The Atoka County Library is hosting free U.S. Citizenship classes beginning on Tuesday, January 17th, and will continue through Wednesday, May 24th. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:30 – 3:00 PM and are for adults 18 and up.
3D Printing Class
For All Ages
Ever wondered how 3D printing works? Want to see it in action? Come learn the basics of 3D printing at the Atoka County Library on Friday, May 12th from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This program is for all ages; however, registration is required. Guests who register early will get to print a 3D object of their choosing.
Project STEM: Experiments in Mechanical Engineering
For Ages 10 and Up
Are you curious about how wind tunnels, pneumatic shocks, and hydraulic lifts work? Join Atoka County Library for Project STEM, a program designed to provide a space for young patrons to explore the principles of mechanical engineering and physics through hands-on experiments. This program will be held at the Atoka County Library on Monday, May 15th at 4:00 PM. Class size is limited, and reservations are encouraged.
Book Club
For Adults 18 and Up
Join others at the Atoka County Library’s book club on Thursday, May 25th at 6:00 PM. Conversation, fellowship, and refreshments will be centered on popular book titles for adults to discuss. This month’s book, “House in the Cerulean Sea” by TJ Klune will be discussed.
Summer Reading Kick Off Party
For All Ages
Bring your family and friends to the Atoka County Library for Summer Reading Kick Off Party on Friday, May 26th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Participants will paint their own book bag. Other kick off party activities include playing Bingo, games, and door prizes. Refreshments will be provided by the library.
National Senior Health & Fitness Day
For Senior Citizens
Join the Atoka County Library and the Oklahoma State Department of Health on Wednesday, May 31st from 10:00 – 11:00 AM for a demonstration on health and fitness. Vanessa Weiher, Community Health Worker for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, will demonstrate how to use resistance bands and discuss services that the health department provides. This program is in conjunction with the National Senior Health & Fitness Day.
